Toi Master Pastry Labels

Assignment:

Toi Master approached us about creating labels for a range of pastry products which sell at a number of local stores as well as outdoor markets.

Challenges:

Simple and flexible – the layout needed to be flexible enough to allow the template to be used for a variety of products, including those not yet in existence

Cost effective – the design needed to work with standard local labels and printing methods

Brand conscious – the labels needed to build on established brand precedents – brights colours, ornaments – but also not get stuck in the past

Solution:

The end result was brightly coloured, highlighting the logo to make the brand easily recognisable. The subtle ornamental background and hand-written typeface for the product name made the labels more approachable and set them apart from the local competition.
